Terms of Service

By accessing or using PackMyMan ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform. Creating an account, downloading any file, or saving a favourite constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

PackMyMan is an online tool for generating packaging dielines in SVG, DXF, and PDF formats. Registered users may additionally save favourite box templates and access a history of their downloads. The service is offered "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

You may register for a free account by providing your name, email address, password, company name, employee size, and country. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately at support@packmyman.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their authorisation, or use false information to register.

Registered users can save box templates as favourites and view a history of their previous downloads. This data is stored against your account and is accessible only to you when logged in. We may use aggregated, anonymised data from download activity to understand which templates are most popular and to improve the service.

If you delete your account, your favourites and download history will be permanently removed from our systems.

You agree to use PackMyMan only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the platform to generate harmful or fraudulent content
• Reverse-engineer or copy the backend generation logic
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or exploit the service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or limitations
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service without prior written consent
• Misrepresent the generated designs as your own proprietary software

Templates generated through PackMyMan may be used freely for personal or commercial packaging, printing, and design projects.

The PackMyMan website, API, branding, and codebase remain the property of the creator. You may freely use the generated dielines for your packaging, printing, selling, or design work. However, you may not claim the generator itself as your own or reproduce it as a competing service without written permission.

We aim for high uptime, but continuous availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, server issues, or updates may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for any loss caused by service interruptions, including temporary inaccessibility of your account, favourites, or download history.

PackMyMan may include third-party tools such as analytics, hosting, and donation services. We are not responsible for the policies or actions of these third parties. Please review their respective privacy policies before engaging with them.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with your specific equipment, cutters, or printers.

You use the generated templates at your own risk. Always prototype before mass production.

PackMyMan is not liable for any damages arising from:

• Incorrect sizing due to user-entered values
• Misprints, cutter errors, or production waste
• Third-party software or hardware issues
• Downtime or loss of access to your account or saved data
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from failure to secure your credentials

Using the service means you accept full responsibility for verifying dimensions and testing before commercial use.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or attempt to abuse the platform. You may also request deletion of your account by contacting us at support@packmyman.com. Upon deletion, your personal data, favourites, and download history will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service may be updated occasionally. Any changes become effective once posted on this page. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
